Such compensation may depend on factors like usage volume, monetization, or other variables deemed appropriate by both parties. 6. Termination: This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice if the other party materially breaches any of the terms and conditions herein. Additionally, this agreement may be terminated at any time upon mutual agreement or in the event of bankruptcy or insolvency of either party.
