New York Volunteer's Notification of Executive Officer of Fire/Ambulance Company of Significant Risk of Transmission of HIV Per VFL/VOWEL Section 11-c(1) is a notification issued by a volunteer firefighter or ambulance company when the risk of transmission of HIV is significant. This notification is required by the New York Volunteer Firefighters' and Ambulance Workers' Bill of Rights (VFL/VOWEL) Section 11-c(1).
