The New York Inspection Certificate Order Form is an official document issued by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. It is required to register a vehicle or trailer in the state of New York. There are three types of New York Inspection Certificate Order Form: the Standard Inspection Certificate Order Form, the Non-Standard Inspection Certificate Order Form, and the Inspection Certificate Waiver Request Form. The Standard Inspection Certificate Order Form is used for vehicles that require a standard inspection, such as cars, vans, trucks, and motorcycles. The Non-Standard Inspection Certificate Order Form is used for vehicles that require special inspections, such as trailers, mobile homes, and recreational vehicles. The Inspection Certificate Waiver Request Form is used for vehicles that do not require an inspection, such as antique cars. All New York Inspection Certificate Order Forms must be completed and signed by a qualified inspector. The form must also include the vehicle's registration number, the vehicle's make and model, and the date of the inspection. Once the form is completed and signed, it must be submitted to the DMV for processing.
