The New York Electronic Case Filing System Registration Form is used to register an individual or entity to file documents electronically with the New York State Unified Court System. This form is required to gain access to the New York Electronic Case Filing System (NYSE). There are two types of New York Electronic Case Filing System Registration Forms — one for individual filers and one for organizations. The individual registration form requires the filer’s name, mailing address, phone number, email address, New York attorney registration number, and a signature. The organizational registration form requires the organization’s name, mailing address, phone number, email address, New York attorney registration number, name of the authorized representative, and a signature. Both forms must be completed and submitted to the court for processing. Once approved, the filer will receive a NYSE account and password to access the electronic filing system.
