Oklahoma LICENSEE-DEFINED is the term used to describe the legal relationship between an individual or business that holds a valid license from the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit (DCC) and a business or individual who provides services or goods that are subject to the terms of the license. This includes such activities as lending, debt collection, and auto sales. There are three types of Oklahoma LICENSEE-DEFINED licenses: consumer loan, small loan, and motor vehicle sales. Consumer loan licenses are granted to individuals or businesses who offer consumer loans to borrowers. Small loan licenses are granted to individuals or businesses who offer small loan products to borrowers. Motor vehicle sales licenses are granted to individuals or businesses who offer motor vehicles for sale to consumers. All Oklahoma LICENSEE-DEFINED licenses must be renewed annually.
