Oklahoma Nondisclosure-Duty to Disclose is a law that states that certain employers must provide information to the public about certain executive and managerial personnel. This law requires employers to disclose the names, titles, and base salaries of all directors, officers, and members of any committees with governing board authority. Employers must also provide a brief description of the duties of each individual who is subject to the duty to disclose. The two types of Oklahoma Nondisclosure-Duty to Disclose are the Executive and Managerial Personnel Duty to Disclose and the Employee Duty to Disclose. The Executive and Managerial Personnel Duty to Disclose requires employers to provide information about certain executive and managerial personnel, while the Employee Duty to Disclose requires employers to provide information about all employees of the organization.
