Oklahoma Verdict Form- No Termination of Parental Rights is a form issued by the courts in Oklahoma when a parent's rights have not been terminated, and they continue to have legal custody of their children. This form is used to officially document the court's decision to not terminate parental rights, which can happen for a variety of reasons. There are two types of Oklahoma Verdict Form- No Termination of Parental Rights: one for a contested case and one for an uncontested case. In a contested case, the parent has gone to court to fight for their rights and has ultimately been successful in maintaining them.
