Oklahoma Performance to Satisfaction of Third Party is a performance-based contract that outlines the expectations of a contractor and the tasks that must be completed in order to meet performance goals. This type of contract is most commonly used in government construction projects, but can also be used in any situation where one party is outsourcing responsibilities to a third party. The contract outlines specific performance goals and the terms of payment based on the achievement of these goals. There are three types of Oklahoma Performance to Satisfaction of Third Party contracts: Cost Plus Performance, Fixed Price Performance and Time and Materials Performance. Cost Plus Performance contracts are the most common, where the contractor is reimbursed for all costs incurred during the completion of the project, plus a predetermined percentage of the total cost. Fixed Price Performance contracts are the least common, where the contractor is paid a fixed price for meeting the performance goals. Time and Materials Performance contracts give the contractor a predetermined rate for the completion of the project, but does not provide a fixed price.
