The Oklahoma Pink Verdict Form, For Defendant on Counterclaim is a legal document used in Oklahoma state courts to record the jury's decision in a civil case. This form is used when the defendant has filed a counterclaim. The form consists of two parts. The first part contains the jury's decision on the defendant's counterclaim, including the amount of damages, if any, that the defendant is entitled to. The second part of the form contains the jury's verdict on the plaintiff's original claim. This part of the form includes the amount of damages, if any, that the plaintiff is entitled to. There are two versions of the Oklahoma Pink Verdict Form, For Defendant on Counterclaim: the original version and the updated version. The original version has been in use since 1985 and is used in all Oklahoma state courts. The updated version was introduced in 2017 and is used in the Oklahoma Supreme Court, Court of Criminal Appeals, and Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals.
