Oklahoma Verdict Form-proper Convictions Stipulated (Second Stage) is a legal form used in the state of Oklahoma when two parties agree to a plea bargain without a full trial. This document allows the defendant to plead guilty to one or more offenses in exchange for a lesser sentence such as a reduced fine, deferred or suspended sentence, or probation. It also stipulates the terms and conditions of the plea agreement. The form consists of two parts: the first section is used to list the offenses the defendant is pleading guilty to; the second section includes the plea agreement and stipulations. There are two types of Oklahoma Verdict Form-proper Convictions Stipulated (Second Stage): one for misdemeanor convictions and one for felony convictions.
