This includes, but is not limited to, a foreign object, a finger, a penis, or another body part. There are three distinct types of Oklahoma Rape by Instrumentation in the First Degree — Elements: 1. Aggravated Rape: This occurs when the perpetrator uses force, fear, or threats of violence to make the victim comply. 2. Statutory Rape: This occurs when the victim is under the age of 16 and the perpetrator is over the age of 18. 3. Sexual Battery: This occurs when the perpetrator engages in sexual contact without the victim's consent, including, but not limited to, touching or fondling of intimate body parts.
