Intent is the requirement that the perpetrator intended to enter the property without the owner's permission. Entry is the requirement that the perpetrator actually entered the property. Force is the requirement that the perpetrator used force to enter the premises. There are three types of Oklahoma Unauthorized Entry — Elements: burglary, trespass, and breaking and entering. Burglary is an unlawful entry with the intent to commit a crime inside the property. Trespass is an unlawful entry without the intent to commit a crime. Breaking and entering is an unlawful entry with the intent to commit a crime, but without the use of force.
