Oklahoma Form ADV is the state of Oklahoma's version of the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) uniform form for registering investment advisors. This form is used by the Oklahoma Securities Commission to register investment advisors who provide investment advice to clients in the state. Oklahoma Form ADV is divided into two parts. Part 1 of Oklahoma Form ADV provides information about the investment advisor, such as the firm's business practices, its ownership and control, and its disciplinary history. Part 2 of Oklahoma Form ADV provides information on the services offered, fees and compensation, conflicts of interest, and other business activities. Additionally, Oklahoma Form ADV includes separate schedules to provide additional information about separately managed accounts, private funds, wrap fee programs, and other business activities.
