The court can also impose the requirement of a substance abuse treatment program, anger management, or mental health treatment. There are two types of Oklahoma Additional Findings at Time of Sentencing: Mandatory Findings and Discretionary Findings. Mandatory Findings require the court to impose the additional requirements on the defendant regardless of the circumstances.
