Oklahoma Public Notice — Private Process Server License Application is an application for individuals who wish to become a private process server in the state of Oklahoma. Private process servers are individuals who are authorized to deliver legal documents such as subpoenas, summons, complaints, court orders and other legal documents between parties. In order to be eligible to become a private process server in the state of Oklahoma, applicants must meet certain qualifications including being at least 21 years of age, having no felony convictions, and having no arrests related to fraud or dishonesty. There are two types of Oklahoma Public Notice — Private Process Server License Application. The first is a Regular Private Process Server License Application and the second is an Expedited Private Process Server License Application. The Regular Private Process Server License Application requires applicants to complete an application form and pay a fee. The Expedited Private Process Server License Application allows applicants to bypass the payment process and receive their license faster.
