Oklahoma Permanency-Review Order (PRO) Committee Notes are documents that are used to track and review a child's progress in the Oklahoma foster care system. They are used to ensure that the child is receiving the best possible care and to make sure that the child's needs are being met. PRO Committee Notes provide an overview of the child's progress and any changes or updates to the child's plan that may be needed. They are also used to help the committee to determine if the child is ready for a permanent home. There are two types of Oklahoma Permanency-Review Order Committee Notes. The first is the Pre-Permanency-Review Order (PPO) Committee Notes, which are used to record the initial review of the child's case and are used to determine if the child is ready for a permanent home. The second type of PRO Committee Notes are the Post-Permanency-Review Order (PPO) Committee Notes, which are used to monitor the progress of the child in their permanent home and are used to make sure that the child is continuing to receive the best possible care and support.
