Oklahoma Request to Transfer — Restricted is an online transfer process initiated by a business owner to transfer their restricted alcoholic beverage license from one location to another. The process requires the submission of an application to the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (ABLE Commission) with the following information: name of the applicant, the address of the premises to which the transfer is to be made, the nature of the business, and the name of the current license holder. A fee of $200 is required for the application to be processed. The Oklahoma Request to Transfer — Restricted is divided into two types: Type 1 and Type 2. Type 1 is for businesses wishing to transfer their restricted alcoholic beverage license within the same county. Type 2 is for businesses wishing to transfer their restricted alcoholic beverage license outside the same county. The process remains the same for both types; however, an additional fee of $50 is required for Type 2. Upon approval of the application, the ABLE Commission will issue an amended license with the new address.
