The Oregon Petition for Judicial Review (Board of Parole and Post Prison Supervision) is a legal document used by prisoners in the state of Oregon to challenge a decision made by the Board of Parole and Post Prison Supervision (BP PPS) regarding their parole or post-prison supervision. This petition is available to those who have had their parole or post-prison supervision denied, revoked, or modified by the BP PPS.
