The Oregon Stalking Notice of Filing Confidential Information Form (CIF) is a form used by victims of stalking or those who fear they may be stalked in the state of Oregon. This form is used to notify the court and the alleged stalker that the victim has submitted confidential information to the court. This form includes the victim’s name, address, and other personal information that could be used to identify the victim. The victim must also provide information on the alleged stalker, such as their name, address, and other information. There are two types of Oregon Stalking Notice of Filing Confidential Information Forms (CIF's): the Stalking Notice of Filing and the Confidential Information Form. The Stalking Notice of Filing is used to formally alert the court and the alleged stalker that the victim has submitted confidential information. The Confidential Information Form is used to provide the court with the details of the stalking incident, including when and where the incident occurred, any possible witnesses, and any other evidence that may be available.
