The Oregon Declaration of Non Compliance is a document created by the state of Oregon that allows individuals and businesses to declare that they will not comply with certain laws, regulations, or orders. The declaration states that individuals and businesses can refuse to comply with any laws, regulations, or orders that violate their Constitutional rights or are otherwise oppressive. There are three types of Oregon Declaration of Non Compliance: Individual, Business, and Government. The Individual Declaration of Non Compliance allows an individual to declare that they will not comply with any laws, regulations, or orders that infringe upon their rights. The Business Declaration of Non Compliance allows a business to declare that they will not comply with any laws, regulations, or orders that infringe upon their rights or the rights of their customers. The Government Declaration of Non Compliance allows a government entity to declare that they will not comply with any laws, regulations, or orders that violate the rights of its citizens.
