The Oregon Waiver of Rights Under The Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA) is a legal document that allows members of the military or military reservists to waive certain rights granted to them under the SCRA. This waiver must be signed and notarized in order to be valid. This waiver can be used to waive certain rights such as the right to a stay of proceedings, the right to a reduction in the interest rate on certain financial obligations, the right to a stay of execution of a judgment, the right to a stay of eviction, and the right to a stay of the collection of rent. The waiver can also be used to waive the rights to certain tax benefits. There are two types of waiver of rights under the SCRA: 1. The General Waiver of Rights: This waiver is used to waive all the rights granted to the service members under the SCRA. 2. The Specific Waiver of Rights: This waiver is used to waive specific rights granted to the service members under the SCRA.
