Oregon Articles of Incorporation (Cooperative Corp) is a legal document that is filed with the Oregon Secretary of State to form a cooperative corporation in Oregon. The document must include the name of the cooperative, the purpose of the cooperative, the address of the cooperative’s principal office, the name and address of the registered agent, the number of shares the cooperative is authorized to issue, the name and address of each incorporated, and any other information the Secretary of State may require. There are two types of Oregon Articles of Incorporation (Cooperative Corp): the standard Articles of Incorporation and the Limited Liability Company Articles of Incorporation. The standard Articles of Incorporation are used to form a regular cooperative corporation, while the Limited Liability Company Articles of Incorporation are used to form a limited liability company.
