Oregon Amendment To Annual Report-InfoStatement (LLP) is an official document that limited liability partnerships (Laps) registered in Oregon must file annually with the Corporations Division of the Oregon Secretary of State. This document must be filed by the last day of the anniversary month of the LLP’s registration. It is required to keep the business information of the LLP up-to-date. The document contains information such as the names and addresses of the business’s managing partners, the name and address of the LLP’s registered agent, and the business’s principal place of business. It also includes the name and address of the LLP’s accountant, the LLP’s federal employer identification number, and the LLP’s type of business. There are two types of Oregon Amendment to Annual Report-InfoStatement (LLP): the Domestic Amendment and the Foreign Amendment. The Domestic Amendment is used for Laps registered in Oregon, and the Foreign Amendment is used for Laps registered out of state that are registered to do business in Oregon.
