Oregon CIF Information Sheet (also known as a CIF IS) is a document issued by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) that provides detailed information about a student’s academic performance and progress in meeting graduation requirements. The CIF IS includes a student’s course grades, credits earned, and test scores, as well as information about their state and local graduation requirements. The CIF IS used to support academic planning and to identify areas of strength and areas that may need extra support. There are two types of Oregon CIF Information Sheets: the Traditional CIF IS and the IEP CIF IS. The Traditional CIF IS used for general education students and includes the student’s course grades, credits earned, and test scores. The IEP CIF IS used for students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and includes additional information about the student’s IEP goals and progress.
