The Oregon Notice of Proposed Judgment or Order (UTC 5,100) is a form used by courts in the state of Oregon to notify the parties to a lawsuit of a proposed judgment or order. The notice must be served on all parties and must include the date, time, and place of the hearing on the proposed judgment or order. It must also identify the proposed judgment or order and include a copy of the proposed judgment or order. There are two types of Oregon Notice of Proposed Judgment or Order (UTC 5,100): 1) Notice of Proposed Judgment or Order for Default Judgments and 2) Notice of Proposed Judgment or Order for Contested Cases. The Notice of Proposed Judgment or Order for Default Judgments is used when a party has failed to respond or appear in a case and the court is proposing a default judgment against the non-responding party. The Notice of Proposed Judgment or Order for Contested Cases is used when the parties have appeared in court and the court is proposing a judgment or order that resolves the dispute.
