The Oregon Certificate of Service (Parenting Plan Enforcement) is a document issued by the Oregon courts when a parent fails to adhere to the parenting plan outlined in the court order. It serves as proof that a parent has been notified of their non-compliance and has been informed of the consequences of their actions. The Oregon Certificate of Service (Parenting Plan Enforcement) can be used to prove that the other parent was informed of the parenting plan violation, as well as the consequences for failing to abide by the court-ordered plan. The document must be filled out and signed by the parent who is not in compliance, as well as the other parent or their attorney. It must then be filed with the court. There are two types of Oregon Certificate of Service (Parenting Plan Enforcement): Service by Mail and Service by Personal Delivery. Service by Mail is when the document is sent to the parent who is not in compliance via first-class mail, with a return receipt requested. Service by Personal Delivery is when either the parent or their attorney personally delivers the document to the non-compliant parent.
