The Oregon Certificate re: Pending Child Support Proceedings and/or Existing Child Support Orders/Judgments is a form issued by the Oregon Department of Justice Child Support Program to provide information to the court in pending or existing child support proceedings. This certificate serves as proof of the existence of a child support order or judgment, or of the fact that no order or judgment has been entered in the case. The Oregon Certificate re: Pending Child Support Proceedings and/or Existing Child Support Orders/Judgments is typically requested by the court in cases where a parent is seeking to modify an existing order or judgment, or to establish a new one. There are two types of Oregon Certificate re: Pending Child Support Proceedings and/or Existing Child Support Orders/Judgments: one for pending proceedings and one for existing orders or judgments. The pending certificate provides information on the available child support options and services, as well as the current status of any pending child support proceedings in the case. The existing certificate lists all existing orders or judgments and their current status.
