Oregon Certificate re: Pending Child Support Proceedings and/or Existing Child Support Order/Judgments (UTC 8.090) is a document issued by a court in the state of Oregon to provide evidence of an existing or pending child support obligation. The document states the names of the parties involved, the amount of the child support obligation, and the date when the obligation was established. The document is typically used to enforce a child support order or judgment, and can be used in court proceedings related to the collection of past due child support. The Certificate may also be used to establish a lien on property and assets owned by the non-custodial parent. There are two types of Oregon Certificate re: Pending Child Support Proceedings and/or Existing Child Support Order/Judgments (UTC 8.090): an Original Certificate and a Renewal Certificate. The Original Certificate is issued when the child support obligation is first established, and the Renewal Certificate is issued each year thereafter to update the amount of the child support obligation.
