Oregon Orders re: Expedited Hearing is an order issued by the Oregon Supreme Court or Oregon Court of Appeals that requires an expedited hearing process for a particular case. It is used to speed up the judicial process and ensure that justice is served quickly. Generally, the Order requires the parties involved to respond to each other’s motions quickly, and for the court to hold hearings and issue its decision as soon as possible. There are two types of Oregon Order re: Expedited Hearing: 1) Standard Expedited Hearing Order, which is used for most cases, and 2) Limited Expedited Hearing Order, which is used for more complex cases.
