There are three types of the Oregon Uniform Support Declaration (6F): Administrative Order, Stipulated Agreement, and Judgement. The Administrative Order is issued by the court upon request; the Stipulated Agreement is a mutual agreement between the parties; and the Judgement is a court order entered by the court.
