Oregon Certificate Re Pending Child Support Proceedings — Existing Child Support Orders Judgments (4A-D) is a document used in family law proceedings in the state of Oregon. It is a certification that an existing child support order has been entered or modified in Oregon. This certificate is used to provide proof that a child support order is pending in Oregon and to provide information about the terms of the order. There are four types of Oregon Certificate Re Pending Child Support Proceedings — Existing Child Support Orders Judgments (4A-D): 4A, 4B, 4C, and 4D. 4A certifies that an existing child support order has been entered, modified, or otherwise affected in Oregon. 4B certifies that an existing child support order has been entered or modified in Oregon, and was referred to a child support enforcement agency in Oregon for collection and enforcement. 4C certifies that an existing child support order has been entered or modified in Oregon and is currently being enforced through a court-ordered garnishment or income withholding. 4D certifies that an existing child support order has been entered or modified in Oregon and is currently being enforced through a court-ordered property lien, levy, or other legal action.
