Oregon Prosecuting Attorneys Notification of Compliance — Adult is a form issued by the Oregon Department of Justice to ensure that the prosecuting attorney of a county has the necessary qualifications and is in compliance with the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct. It is used to certify that the prosecuting attorney has met all the educational and professional requirements established by Oregon law for the practice of law. There are two types of Oregon Prosecuting Attorneys Notification of Compliance — Adult: (1) Initial Notification of Compliance and (2) Renewal Notification of Compliance. The Initial Notification of Compliance must be completed within 90 days of the prosecuting attorney's appointment or election to office. The Renewal Notification of Compliance must be completed biennially (every two years).
