The Oregon Preferred Worker Worksite Creation Agreement is a document that provides a framework for businesses to create worksites and hire Oregon Preferred Workers. Through this agreement, businesses are able to access resources and assistance from the state of Oregon to help them create worksites and hire Oregon preferred workers. There are four different types of Oregon Preferred Worker Worksite Creation Agreements: the Standard Agreement, the Training Agreement, the Oregon Business Expansion Agreement, and the Oregon Business Expansion Plus Agreement. The Standard Agreement is designed to provide businesses with a standard level of assistance to create worksites and hire Oregon Preferred Workers. The Training Agreement is designed to help businesses create worksites and hire Oregon Preferred Workers with specialized skills. The Oregon Business Expansion Agreement is designed to assist businesses with expanding their operations in Oregon, while the Oregon Business Expansion Plus Agreement is designed to provide additional assistance to businesses expanding their operations in Oregon. All of these agreements provide businesses with access to resources and assistance to create worksites and hire Oregon Preferred Workers.
