The Pennsylvania Statement of Merger [DSC:15-335] is a document required by the Department of State of Pennsylvania when two or more corporations merge into one. This document is filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations (DSC) and is used to register the merger of the entities.
