Pennsylvania Chapter 12 Debtors Certifications Regarding Domestic Support Obligations are documents that must be filed by a debtor in Pennsylvania in accordance with the laws of the state. These documents provide information on the debtor’s ability to pay any domestic support obligations (DSO's) that have been awarded to the debtor’s spouse, former spouse, or dependent children. The three types of Pennsylvania Chapter 12 Debtors Certifications Regarding Domestic Support Obligations are: (1) Financial Statement, (2) Domestic Support Obligation Certification, and (3) Self-Employment Certification. The Financial Statement provides the court with the debtor’s financial information, including their income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
