The Pennsylvania Domestic Support Obligation Claim Holder Report is a report generated by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS). It provides information about the amount of money owed to the state by domestic support obligation (DSO) claim holders. This report is used to determine the amount of money that a DSO claim holder owes to the state and to track payments made toward that debt. The report includes the name and address of the DSO claim holder, the amount of the obligation, and the date the obligation was incurred. The report is also used to ensure that DSO claim holders comply with their court-ordered duty to pay the state’s money. There are two types of Pennsylvania Domestic Support Obligation Claim Holder Reports: the Domestic Support Obligation Claim Holder Report for Parents and the Domestic Support Obligation Claim Holder Report for Non-Parents. The Parent's report includes information about the amount of money owed to the state by a DSO claim holder who is a parent, such as the number of children involved, the amount of money owed to the state, and the date the obligation was incurred. The Non-Parent's report includes information about the amount of money owed to the state by a DSO claim holder who is not a parent, such as the amount of money owed to the state, the date the obligation was incurred, and the name and address of the DSO claim holder.
