The Pennsylvania CJA Other Expenses Worksheet is a document used to track and calculate the costs associated with a criminal case. It is used by federal judges, appointed defense attorneys, and the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The worksheet is used to determine the appropriate compensation for attorneys appointed to represent indigent defendants in criminal cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. It itemizes and tracks the costs associated with a criminal case, including investigation and expert fees; travel expenses; office and miscellaneous expenses; and any other associated costs.
