Pennsylvania Will Search Form is a form used to search for a will of a deceased person who was domiciled in Pennsylvania at the time of their death. This form is used to determine if a will has been filed in the Register of Wills office in the county where the decedent lived. It is also used to find out if a will has been probated in the Orphans' Court of that county. There are two types of Pennsylvania Will Search Forms: General Will Search Form and Limited Will Search Form. The General Will Search Form is used to search for a will within the past 15 years. The Limited Will Search Form is used to search for a will within the past 10 years. Both forms require the name of the decedent, the year of death, and the county in which the decedent was domiciled. The Limited Will Search Form also requires the decedent's date of birth and the decedent's Social Security number.
