Will Search Form Pennsylvania Will Search Form is a form used to search for a will of a deceased person who was domiciled in Pennsylvania at the time of their death. This form is used to determine if a will has been filed in the Register of Wills office in the county where the decedent lived. It is also used to find out if a will has been probated in the Orphans' Court of that county. There are two types of Pennsylvania Will Search Forms: General Will Search Form and Limited Will Search Form. The General Will Search Form is used to search for a will within the past 15 years.
