A Pennsylvania Writ of Execution Notice is a legal document issued by a court in the state of Pennsylvania to enforce the payment of a debt or to seize and sell property for that purpose. This document orders a Sheriff or Constable of the county where the debtor resides to seize the debtor’s property and to sell it in order to satisfy the debt. There are three types of Pennsylvania Writ of Execution Notice: 1. Writ of Execution to Levy Upon Real Property — this writ is issued to seize and sell real property, such as land or buildings, in order to satisfy a debt. 2. Writ of Execution to Levy Upon Personal Property — this writ is issued to seize and sell personal property, such as vehicles, jewelry, and other possessions, in order to satisfy a debt. 3. Writ of Execution to Levy Upon Wages — this writ is issued to seize and take a portion of the debtor’s wages in order to satisfy a debt.
