Pennsylvania Verification is an online system that allows employers, government agencies, and other entities to verify the identity and work eligibility of individuals working in Pennsylvania. It is operated by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This system enables employers to verify the identity and work authorization of their employees quickly and accurately. There are two types of Pennsylvania Verification: Employment Eligibility Verification (REV) and Right To Work Verification (RTV). The REV system allows employers to electronically verify an employee's identity and work authorization documents such as a Social Security number, Permanent Resident Card, or U.S. Passport. The RTV system allows employers to verify whether an employee is eligible to legally work in Pennsylvania. This system also includes a verification of the employee's identity, work authorization documents, and other information.
