The Pennsylvania Precise for Writ of Execution-Money Judgment is a form used to begin a court-ordered collection process of a monetary judgment owed to a Plaintiff. This form is filed with the court clerk, and after it is filed, the court clerk will issue a Writ of Execution-Money Judgment which will be served to the Defendant. The Writ of Execution-Money Judgment will direct the sheriff to collect the amount of the judgment from the Defendant.
