Pennsylvania 24 Hour Reporting can be done online through the Employer Incident Report System (AIRS) or by submitting a paper Employer’s Report of Occupational Injury or Illness form. There are two types of Pennsylvania 24 Hour Reporting: Immediate Reporting and Delayed Reporting.
