Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance License Application is an application required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to obtain a license to legally conduct small games of chance in the state. There are two types of Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance License Applications: the Raffle Application and the Pull Tab Application. The Raffle Application is for organizations wishing to conduct raffles, 50/50 drawings, and/or daily drawings. The Pull Tab Application is for organizations wishing to conduct pull tab games, punch boards, and/or tip jars. Both applications require applicants to provide information about the organization, including the organization’s purpose, information about the officers, and the organization’s financial records. Applicants must also provide proof of their eligibility for the license, such as a copy of the organization’s bylaws or articles of incorporation. Additionally, a surety bond and/or a cash deposit is also required for both types of applications.
