Pennsylvania Precise And Power of Attorney For Satisfaction And Or Termination (260.1 KiB) is a document that is used in Pennsylvania to instruct the county recorder to either terminate or satisfy a lien or mortgage. It also allows the holder of the mortgage or lien to appoint an attorney-in-fact to act on their behalf. The document is broken down into two sections: the Precise and the Power of Attorney. The Precise section includes the names of the parties, the date of the lien or mortgage, the amount of the debt, and the identification numbers of the lien or mortgage. The Power of Attorney section allows the holder of the lien or mortgage to name an attorney-in-fact who is authorized to act in their place and on their behalf. There are two types of Pennsylvania Precise And Power of Attorney For Satisfaction And Or Termination (260.1 KiB): one for Satisfaction and one for Termination. The Satisfaction document is used to signify the satisfaction of a lien or mortgage, while the Termination document is used to signify the termination of a lien or mortgage.
