The Pennsylvania Application for Absentee Ballot (96.7 KiB) is a form used for individuals who wish to vote by mail during an election. This form can be used by Pennsylvania residents who are eligible to vote, including members of the military, individuals residing outside the United States, and those who are unable to attend their polling place on election day. The form requires information such as name, date of birth, address, and other information related to the voter's eligibility. Once completed, the form must be sent to the Pennsylvania Department of State in order to receive an absentee ballot. There are three types of Pennsylvania Application for Absentee Ballot (96.7 KiB): the General Application, the Military and Overseas Citizens Application, and the Emergency Application. The General Application is used by Pennsylvania residents who are eligible to vote in any election, while the Military and Overseas Citizens Application is used by military personnel and U.S. citizens residing outside the United States. The Emergency Application is used for applicants who require an absentee ballot due to an emergency situation.
