The Pennsylvania 24 Hour Reporting Form (28.3 KiB) is a document used to report the release of hazardous substances into the environment. It is used by individuals and businesses in Pennsylvania to report incidents where hazardous materials have been accidentally released into the environment. The form is used to provide information about the type and quantity of hazardous materials released, the location of the release, and any emergency response activities taken to contain the release. The form is typically completed within 24 hours of the release and submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection for review. There are two types of Pennsylvania 24 Hour Reporting Form (28.3 KiB): the Tier I form and the Tier II form. The Tier I form is used to report releases of hazardous substances that exceed certain established thresholds. The Tier II form is used to report releases of hazardous substances below the established thresholds. Both forms require the same information, with the Tier II form providing additional information about the specific hazardous substances released.
