The Pennsylvania Authorization For A Political Committee to Receive Funds On Behalf of A Candidate (DSEB-501) (29.4 KiB) is a legal document that provides authorization for a political committee to accept funds on behalf of a candidate in the state of Pennsylvania. This document is used to provide authorization for the political committee to receive funds from various sources, such as individuals, corporations, or political action committees, in order to support the candidate’s campaign. The DSEB-501 document is divided into two parts: a Filing Information section, and an Authorization section. In the Filing Information section, the political committee provides information such as the name and address of the candidate, the name and address of the political committee, the date the document is filed, and the number of authorized signatures. In the Authorization section, the candidate authorizes the political committee to receive funds on their behalf, and also provides information such as the amount of money that will be accepted and the date when the funds will be deposited. There are two types of Pennsylvania Authorization For A Political Committee to Receive Funds On Behalf of A Candidate (DSEB-501) (29.4 KiB): an original form and a copy form. The original form is the document that is filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State, while the copy form is a duplicate of the original form and is kept on file by the political committee.
