The Pennsylvania SWAB Military Overseas Absentee Application Write In Absentee Ballot (320.5 KiB) is an absentee ballot used by members of the military who are stationed outside the United States to cast their votes in Pennsylvania elections. The Pennsylvania SWAB application includes sections for personal information, a voter affidavit, a write-in ballot, and an absentee ballot request form. The personal information section requires the voter to provide their full name, address, and contact information. The voter affidavit requires the voter to affirm that they meet the requirements to vote in Pennsylvania, and that any information they provide is truthful. The write-in ballot allows the voter to cast their votes for the candidates of their choice. The absentee ballot request form requests additional information from the voter, such as the date and time they completed the application, a signature, and a witness signature. The first type is for use by members of the military who are stationed outside the United States and are voting in Pennsylvania elections. The second type is for use by members of the military who are stationed outside the United States and are voting in federal elections.
