The Pennsylvania Precise For Writ of Execution Money Judgment is a form used by creditors to collect money judgments from debtors in the state of Pennsylvania. This form is used when a court has issued a judgment ordering a debtor to pay a creditor in a specific amount of money. This form informs the Sheriff of the county where the debtor lives that the creditor wishes to enforce the court's judgment.
