The Pennsylvania Notice of Intent to Precise For Arbitration is a legal document used to initiate arbitration proceedings between two parties. This notice, also known as a Precise, alerts the other party that an individual or organization has requested an arbitration hearing to resolve a dispute. The Precise must be filed with the court and served to the other party before the arbitration hearing can take place. There are two types of Pennsylvania Notice of Intent to Precise For Arbitration: voluntary and mandatory. A voluntary Precise is initiated by an individual or organization in order to resolve a dispute without going to court. A mandatory Precise is initiated by a court order, typically when a dispute has already been litigated in court and the parties have been unable to reach a settlement. Both types of Precise must include the full names of the parties involved, the address of the arbitration hearing, the type of dispute, and the name of the arbitrator. Additionally, the Precise must include a statement that the party requesting arbitration is willing to follow the arbitration process and abide by the arbitrator’s decision.
